ROTISERIA’s free range Norfolk chickens are marinated for 24 hours in a special adobo blend of herbs and spices & spit-roasted in a traditional rotombo. These Peruvian charcoal ovens ensure the meat of each pollo is moist, smoked and tender to the bone, which is why we brought it all the way over from Lima, Peru.
A selection of home-made sauces like our huacatay cream will elevate your roast chicken to new heights. Served of course with crispy Andean potatoes.
